Mercury dime bracelet. 14 beautiful and authentic Mercury "Liberty" dimes make up this elegant and fluid bracelet paired with a pretty turquoise cabochon in a fine silver bezel setting ender.  This piece has an amazing weight and feel and is accented with an aging patina process. 
Bracelet measures 6 1/2" to 8"

I had recently seen this style of bracelet and found other artists were also recreating it. All of the moving parts were fabricated in my studio. 
Adolf Weinman designed the Mercury dime, they were produced from 1916 to 1945.  The Mercury dime is actually a representation of Liberty.  The wings crowning her cap are intended to symbolize Liberty of Thought.
