Parrot wing is believed to be a stone of forgiveness and peace as well as empowerment of feminine energy. 
It is a mixture of jasper, azurite, chrysocolla, and quartz, Parrot Wing gets its name because of the intense blue, green and sometimes red colors reminiscent of a parrot.  This stone can often be mistaken for turquoise.
